RTC The Jolly Fisherman May 11th has been postponed

    a letter in the post informed me that the jolly fisherman is postponed at short notice due to gauging issues .this is no good
    for those who like me booked train tickets to london

    but RTC are already using 70013 on Sat 13 July on the "Coast to Coast" [with 45305] from Liverpool to Scarborough via Copy Pit, a train that is all but full. How can 70013 be in two places at once?
