    It has been reported that B1 61264 has been delivered to the NYMR today, fresh from overhaul at Crewe for its 5 year (and hopefully longer!) visit. There must be a good chance that it will be seen on the NYMR's post-xmas services.

    Smashing news. Recall a particularly memorable ride behind her between Levisham and Goathland in 2007, hammering away nicely up the gradient. Well done to all involved.

    No I do not currently volunteer
    Good memories of the machine. Racing down the ECML late at night into the Cross at 75mph for mile after mile! Pleased she is back!!!
