Hello All,

I could not find a thread for this tour which had 60007, before her valve failure, originally alloxed to provide traction.
Apologies if I have overlooked the thread and for starting this thread post-tour date.
I was at London Kings Cross for the departure and a collection of photographs have been added to my Rail Traction Photos website. These include shots taken from the cab of 'UNION OF SOUTH AFRICA' as I was very fortunate to be allowed on the footplate breifly, before she departed with the tour. I thank the crew again for allowing me to do this. Made my day.
