I call everyone old bean, otherwise it would be 'chaps', and I don't necessarily know the gender of the posters on this forum, so old bean covers most eventualities! Anyway, I was coming to the aid of the poor LMS aficionado in post 158 who seems to be a bit under assault from the GWR fraternity...

Ha, ha, tee-hee, get behind your sofa, etc. Trust me to post missives of vernacular inexcellence at the simultaneous chronology as partaking an aqueous solution of cereal-based provender, aqua-pura and agrarian catalyst in intemperate magnitude. If you understand what I have just said, you are a better 'old bean' than I. Suffice to say, it was very tasty! Anyway, back to the thread...

 

After a last minute change of plans... I'll be going to stockport in the morning to see this. Would venture out to a better location, but I now have college holding me back..

 

If you never get called anything worse than Old Bean you'll be very lucky. :wink:

Departed stockport on time.. Didn't make it to the station in time so took the last minute decision to get off the bus and get a picture of it going over the viaduct!

 

Sods law, on Monday I sold my camera and today blue sky, sunshine and a "streak" on the "Flyer". :doh:
