    of Dawlish station in very rough seas, all engines have now stopped. The waves
    submerge the train every couple of minutes. Oh dear!''

    Not related to class 70's are they? Just sit down wherever they fancy blocking the network.
    If that was a steam loco, we wouldn't hear the last of it. Calls to ban them etc, etc.

    They really should have done something about this by now, it's been known for quite a while Voyagers throw a paddy when coming into contact with seawater, the HST's however just go ploughing through the rough stuff at Dawlish no trouble.
