Steaming by a District Line train immediately east of Ealing Broadway station and about to go under the A406 North Circular road bridge. Taken at 1506 - running early? And moving pretty fast:

    East of Ealing Broadway station

Running slow through Twyford after crossing over from Main to Relief just outside the station, due to a closure of the Main at Ruscombe:

Guys riding shotgun, cameras in the grass - I wonder what the trespass wallahs will have to say?

And Kristian - that appeared whilst I was tryping - well done for showing that well chosen positions and contexts make for good watching - even in that weather!

Well done to all who braved Sapperton - some fine shots and videos considering the conditions.

A quick question - where was this shot taken from please ? Haven't seen this angle before

    Thanks

Just above the foot crossing, some 250 metres before the tunnel mouth. <BJ>

Well Steve - as I'm a generous chap I am happy to give the game away ;) (though I am sure you would have found it). If you know the lane from which you access the spot over the tunnel entrance, follow the lane a little way towards Frampton M and there's a footpath signed which drops down through the wood and crosses the line. This shot is from the top of the bank by that foot crossing.

If I remember correctly, you were stood next to me at that particular location for Tornado on 7/11/2009.
The weather was not quite so damp that day! <BJ>
