Anyone point me to a source of info on these?

The GWR inherited at least three (Alexander Dock 666/667 i think from memory were two) how many were there altogether and did any other railway take any on after WW1?

I'm assuming that you mean the Kerr Stuart 'Victory' 0-6-0T's? An article on these appeared in the September 1966 Railway Modeller if you want more detailed information but, briefly, 10 of them were supplied to the Inland waterways & Docks dep't in 1917 (works nos. 3066-3075). Originally numbered IWD 10-19, they subsequently became ROD 601-10. All 10 locos were eventually disposed of to various railways and collieries, as follows:

3066 - Powell Duffryn Abaraman Colliery No.18. Scrapped late 60's at Penrikyber colliery.
3067 - East Kent Railway No. 4. Allocated BR30948 but never carried. Sc 1949.
3068 - Manchester Collieries 'Francis' In NCB days was fitted with a Geisl ejector Sc c.1970
    3069 - ADR No 34 then GWR 666 then BR 666. Sc. 1955
3070 - Brecon & Merthyr No.35 then GWR 2161. Sold to Ashington Coal Co. (No.21) Sc.?
3071 - Powell duffryn Aberaman colliery No.19. Sc.?
    3072 - Tirpentwys Coal co. Sc.1950's(?)
    3073 - ADR No.35 then GWR 667 then BR 667. Sc. 1954
3074 - Lambton Hetton & Joicey Collieries then NCB. Sc. 1960's
3075 - United Steel Co. 'Rothervale No.8' then NCB. Sc. c.1956
