No idea, but you're not alone. It doesn't work for me, either and Ralph's suggestion is no different. I get all the info but, in the end result, no video or, at least, nothing apparent to click on to play something.

well it worked ok for me i dont think it would be able to do it again there would be to many restrictions placed on it and now i dought if there would be any steam paths on the route as swt have increased the number of trains that they run on this line

ah its coming back to me now, wasnt it 92203 that had had super heaters blanked off amongst other things as she had never been needed to work to any great extent at her previous base, presumably the ESR.
Sorry to have strayed so far off topic.

    I have one picture!

    http://ashleysmith355.fotopic.net/p40588027.html

I was only 9 at the time so I can't remember a great deal but I found this and a few other photos I took in the 1990s when out with my parents for local Main Line Steam and uploaded them to my website a few years ago. I have one of 70000 on the Mid Hants Run as well...

    http://ashleysmith355.fotopic.net/p40588037.html

My Dad has some video somewhere, the quality wasnt great as it was a camcorder from a charity shop but I might try and persuade him to put it on his Youtube channel!

    Collection...

If we're talking about the same tour, 92203 hauled the excursion with a diesel coupled inside to provide electric power. The 9F pretty much flattened Medstead Bank that day and the box was only on tick over. The sound was magnificent.

Brought back great memories of shunting the yard before various trips made by 35028, our triangular shuttles around Surrey, and also the evening run up to Waterloo. The slog back from Waterloo to Clapham Junc, hauling 35028 and [I forget how many] coaches, was also something that took me back to the early 60s.

Seem to recall the trip with 70000 inaugurated through working to MHR and some of their Westcountryman Dining rake were fettled, at Stewarts Lane [?], to BR main line standards before bringing visiting dignitaries from Waterloo to Hampshire.

Well, I'm using Firefox and it doesn't work. However, some of the videos on there do, but not all, which confuses me even more!

I can't view it either [Firefox].
There must be an answer to the conundrum that the same ISPs allow some to view the video and others can't. I don't get an error message of any sort - just the display page.
Have tried clicking on the picture, the heading (and everywhere else on the screen's display in fact) - No luck.

Quite right Peter about 70000 trip. It was on 8th May 1994. It sold out very fast and we only found out about it after it was full. A repeat run was also worked by 70000 in November 1994 which started at the MHR (Alresford) IIRC. This sold out fast as well. There is some excellent footage of the two runs on the PSOV ML Britannia DVD, the best clip showing 70000 thundering through Surbiton on full regulator. Always raises the neck hairs when I see it!

The trip with the watercress belle was ed hauled , and as such predated the return to daylight steam on 3rd rail .

Straying a bit off topic but one run which does not enter my list of all time favourites was at the end of a weekend of Eastleigh - Salisbury shuttles. 75069 and 70000 were due to doublehead Eastleigh - Clapham Jct. after dark. Got our tickets and made our way down to Eastleigh only for control to insist a pair of 50s drag the whole shooting match back to London.
    We were not impressed.

I've watched it, but get an annoying little black square flickering in the middle of the picture. Also, cannot get full screen picture.

Driving me mad, this one. Tried right clicking it and turning off the Adobe accelerator. It then downloaded all of 5 mins in 2 hours. My ISP is Orange if that makes any difference? Might try wife's Win 7 laptop, see if that cracks it.
