    I too lost my old signing in details, but followed everything to the 'T'...

    The Mods would not suggest you go under a different name, because for 2 reasons..

    1) They would tell you how to log on under you're old username

    2) And they would not suggest you go on the forum under a new name.

    Word of advice - Make friends not Foes! ;-)

    On the 45th!
    I have to admit to being one of the people that our company IT department hangs their head in shame at my level of understanding of computers, even my kids (including the 8 year old) know more about the things than I do.

    I now feel dead chuffed that I manged to keep my user name and details duing the changeover.

    I followed everything too Andy but my password would not work under CCT MAN no matter what I did so , (I think it was Ben)? gave me a new user name and new password which worked first time.
