One or more of these may have just missed the 70s however.......

Clun possibly just missed the 90's and definitely the 00's, 1466 may have just made it into the 00's but definitely missed the 10's can't really comment on the others?

    1466 - not steamed since 2000 (although will very soon :) )
    7714 - didn't steam in preservation until 1992
    75078 - don't think it steamed in the 2000s
92203 - yep pretty sure thats steamed every decade

It seems that 3801 missed 2010-2020 by a mere 25 days.

It seems 53809 was first steamed in 1980 and was part of the Rainhill celebrations in the May so just missed the 1970s

If you are going full "accountant's rebuild", then IIRC, Tornado has some bits from an original A1...

Clun definitely worked in the 1990s - I had my ride behind her in Feb 1993 at the GCR winter gala (also Kolhapur).

I reckon 5239 Goliath on the DSR has done it - Withdrawn 1963, returned to steam 1976 (if I am interpreting https://preservedbritishsteamlocomotives.com/5239-2/ correctly), photos of it in action in the 1980s, I remember running behind it on family holidays in 1998 and 2000, and it's done the 2010s and 2020s too

No Clun was definitely was running in the 90’s, as @35B mentioned at the GCR, then IIRC went to the MHR and then right at the end of it’s ticket in 1995 spent June - October at the GWSR when I spent many a happy hour cleaning it!!! 4566 was also visiting although that was for the main season.
