    I was working at Felixstowe when they were imported on a Ro - Ro Mafis rom Finland,I forget how many there were. They are on the same Guage as Russia.

    I think one of the Finnish locos (a pacific?) is owned by David Buck (owner of B1 61306 till recently) and is steamed occasionally on his short private line.

    Bump thread, was intrigued by this new LMM video, the loco in question is in ‘disguise’, shh, hopefully no one will notice, Mr buck has an enviable garden. Can’t be too many of these private railways left.

    Took about five minutes to track down the location and take a look with Google Earth. Mr Buck has got a big back garden! The loco is visible on its dedicated line.
