Looks like 6233 and 60163 should be passing each other around Leominster on Saturday. We're due through at 1045 heading south and 60163 is due through at 1053 heading north.

Anyone know what's happening with the Lickey trains?
They don't seem to be on VT's website any more. Are they just fully booked?

    Will, thanks for confirming.
A few questions if I may, related to the Lickey trips:
    1. Will there be allocated seating?
    2. Are 'bubble bookings' being honoured?
    3. Will there be a diesel on the rear on the outward trip to Worcester?
Very much looking forward to the 20th!

Currently held at Craven Arms due to a 'possible incident' on the line ahead.

Edit, Sean just beat me to it.

Reports say a body has been found. What's the likely hood of a termination ?

Trains stacked back to Shrewsbury southbound; Cardiff-Holyhead terminated at Hereford. TfW updated to 'Person hit by train' very recently.

    From National Rail Enquires :

    This is expected until 13:00"

I’m at Leominster. Can’t see on RTT any service train that has come to a halt in that section. One northbound was delayed by 20 mins at Craven Arms. Then 46233 came south and is halted near Craven Arms. I have a friend who lives at Stokesay and she can see steam in distance. I hope to goodness the steam wasn’t involved.

6233 not involved and is stopped at Craven Arms awaiting further instructions . Tornado held at Hereford. Doubt either train will go further. Service train came in north just as we arrived, so must have been previous southbound train involved.

6233 at least being topped up while we wait, gives more options I guess.

Looks like 6233 has made it to Hereford ACC to RTT?
