Well that will a little tricky in this case as the SVR has banned photo charters permanently, I am certain they could have sold at least 4/5 days worth with this guest loco, but it is what it is. I would hope the loco does stay on, but there is no need for it until at the earliest in July when Raveningham Hall goes out of ticket and a normal service has resumed.

I wonder if this means the SVR from hence forth will also be turning down all future requests to hire the use of the line for photographic purposes from film and television production companies as well?

Any idea which direction it's pointing in? Also, anyone know whether the brochures are going to be sent out in advance?

Hope it is turned as the Bridgnorth started is the GW coaches so would be a shame for the Saint to only work them tender first

I don't think the Valley care about things like that now. What I hoped for was a picture of toplights next to the engine on a the curve at the top of Eardington Bank to cut out the rear of the train. Everything then in period.

The current make up of the GW set has toplights as the 2nd and 3rd coaches from the bridgnorth end of the set.
They should be arriving early next week.

No, at the moment it's the right wayround for smokebox first shot with the toplights just behind. (it would be a collett right next to the loco).

The traffic notice for the gala lists the Brigdnorth starter as the GW set so as each loco works each set does that not mean that the only working on the GW set is the first train of the day. All other runs with the Saint would be on other stock.

Yes, assuming no turning between now and the event, the two sets Saint will be working smokebox forward on are the mixed Mark 1s and the mixed LMS/LNER ones. The 4 post gala running days will be purely with the GW set of course.

2999 will be a bit tricky to turn at the moment seeing it is being dismantled in Bridgnorth works, not looking promising for next weekend according to reports from the engine shed.

I know the vidoe welcoming her suggested that a few 'issues' had been identified by Didcot that needed rectifying, albeit it didn't say what they were!
