4 early in Bristol. 76 max down Dauntsey then caught train in front. Good effort with 10 on and poor coal. Not struggling for steam but only about 180 lbs in places. Good from starts and uphill. Graham Ward driving. Home for tea now.

Load 10 is disappointing. With POB, Generator and Kitchen Car, not many passenger carrying. Was it well loaded Don?

Not full Graham despite half price offer. 367 tare about 390 full. Just as well it wasn’t 12 or 13 on but a good effort anyway despite poor coal. Was able to move sides for mileposts. Nice easy day out except couldn’t get on the 1322 GWR home as wedged out to doors so caught 1344 to Westbury and will get something from there

Very funny. We could tell from the dirty exhaust which is also evident in some of the video clips. Graham Ward confirmed this at BTM but apparently a better lot for the return

A bit late, but here's my footage of Tornado thundering through Tackley, Newton St Loe near Bath and Keynsham. Enjoy.
