No point in charging up Parkstone bank, there’s a permanent 35mph restriction over pointwork at Branksome.

Branksome Station bridge or St Dunstan's church? There were many of us on Sandecotes road, where you get a better view than any of the other bridges because you can easily cross it, and there are very few cars.

By the church ! Rather overgrown towards Parkstone but good view towards Branksome and BIL was not eased until well past the bridge !

35018 lost more time at Bournemouth and so arrived at Brockenhurst 66 late. Only a little time to be recouped here as it's expected to allow the 1M72 to BNS and 1W32 to Waterloo pass. <BJ>

I'm in coach A which is at the rear now. We can hear the sound of BIL over and above the 47.

Currently powering through Eastleigh 'only' 54 mins late now. Certainly eating up the miles it seems.

Currently following a GBRf service to Tonbridge (timed for 60mph apparently).
However, the 22 minute pathing stop at Wallers Ash Loop was omitted so tour now 'only' 25 down.

Shame she’s not out tomorrow, clan line is running to Stratford whilst 35006 p&o is running just 10 miles south of Stratford at the gwsr on service trains. You could cop all three in short succession!

The heavy delays caused me to relocate from Eastleigh to Ashurst New Forest in the hope of slightly better light. She was flying through Ashurst and sounded awesome. The relocation did mean I had time to get ahead and therefore saw her again at Bramshot (in very dark conditions).

Seen here at Basingstoke. It was all going well until a 450 Desiro came and parked in front of it!
