Thanks Matt. Passengers alight at Warwick Parkway for buses to Mary Arden's house and similar attractions, I suppose? Whole train proceeds to Tyseley LMD for servicing; reverse, DL-leading, to Stratford; Steam leads from Stratford back home. Quite an efficient way to do it. Via Oxford both ways, I see.

What diesel? Isn't this a DBC operation?

Moves in for diesel to and from Stewarts Lane in the morning and evening, so looks like the Tyseley to S-u-A move is 35028 tender first with the stock. That'll be different! Not a lot of time at Tyseley for servicing either.

    Looks like tender first.
    Timed at 45mph on RTT.
Also running to Stratford upon Avon via the North Warwick Line. (Tender first at 45mph is not allowed on the line via Hatton).

I presumed DBC would send one from Bescot or somewhere, but if not then so much the better :)

Am I missing something here, as I can't see the path to Stratford for the passengers layover ? Only the TF 45mph run at 16.09 off Tyseley after servicing.

Strange, they'll need transport then. What's the point of that, considering the vast money being spent to travel in style and then to be dumped on a regular service train. I'd want dropping off at the location, it's the bare minimum to expect.

No diesel involved, other than at Victoria.

Wow - wish I had been in video mode for that one... Clan Line just went through Reading Platform 10 at warp speed with her whistle held open for half the platform (due to lots of commuters waiting for following train). Glad I stayed late in town after work
