    Looks like about 69 min to Carlisle judging by RTT. Nice and steady up Shap and a decent overall time.

    oops, been trying to find a simple video cut and join, there seems to be only complicated editors about and all the simpe ones have had a virus attached, so, much later than necessary, 35018 accelerates away on the Carnforth levels:-

    Plenty in the tank today and a great sound from the Merchant Navy, especially on the going away shot towards the summit, which should lead nicely into Steve's video.
