    Because in the 1989 and 1992 version it keeps refering to it.

    We have copies of the latter versions.

    Have a look at the note at the beginning of the text in the link below: It suggests where a copy might be obtained. I note also that Bennett Boilers Ltd might have a copy but as a possible competitor they might not play ball!
