Perhaps we should have a thread for "what loco names get turned into by predictive text"?

I challenge you to find a shot of a 92220 hauled Pines not on the S&D.

I would imagine that it would be quite difficult to find a photo of 92220 on The Pines Express anywhere between Stockton and Darlington :)

    What's with all the shouting?
So you'd like to argue with the maps and gradient profiles in Mr Ivo Peters books.

Quite right. It started at Alderbury Junction :)

But surely the railway that started at Bath, or Alderbury Junction or anywhere between Broadstone and Bournemouth is the S&DJR whereas the S&D is the Stockton & Darlington

Mr Peters might be great at writing books and the knowledge of his local knowledge might be great for the south west. But the S&D started at Shildon and finished at Stockton - its never shut, trains still run along most of the route today and its even been on a banknote!
