I notice that the loco roster for Didcot Railway Centre shows Andrew Barclay 1931 working on every operating day in July from tomorrow. This loco is normally based at Rocks by Rail (formerly Rutland Railway Museum), so is this just a temporary loan to cover for Didcot's current shortage of steam locos, or is it a permanent move?

It's ok, I'm sure if they paint it bronze green and add a set of GW style number plates so it blends in that it will appease the purists...... ;-)
