    Perhaps people will sit up & listen. Not sweep it under the carpet as is done many times on here, where it is a hanging offence just to even mention it.

    What I meant was that this could be tip of the iceberg, once one paper has it (albeit a local one), it could reach far wider audiences by other papers including nationals.
    Radio & tv as well?

    And if the other media get hold of this classic bit of journalism, what then? Will that suddenly remove the operational need to have diesels on the back of trains, which has been explained *so* many times on this forum? Do you seriously think that train operators are putting diesels on the back just for the fun of it, or just to wind you up?
