Just what do you expect me to do about a sunrise?.....

    Its as it was!

It could have been full dull.and you'd be moaning its like looking down the pit!......

All I did was use an ND Grad, which means you preserve the sky!

Is that from Combe West Hill? I thought about going there, but would've had to leave the house at 4.20am to get there by public transport! Looks like a good viewpoint, though the masts are starting to intrude now.

Not even as far as that but a short walk south from Goring Station and through a gate. It's a brilliant spot ,but not for much longer.
Only fourteen views to date on this one - forty two on the depressing (or amusing) three-engine Station arrival.

    Thanks

I guessed it might be something a bit more fundamental than just a train regulation issue

A bit late but I managed to get a few shots just outside Honeybourne on the outward leg.. The sun let us down by going behind a bank of mist and Mr Churchill had to cut off as he approached the station. Otherwise It was good to see UOSA
    in the Cotswolds!

The images can be seen here....... http://rickeborall.zenfolio.com/p332417844

They are not quite what I had hoped for but still!
    Regards to all..........Rick

Again belatedly, but as a tribute to this most photogenic of locomotives, UoSA seen here forging through a misty South Midlands on the outward leg just as the sun was starting to break through. IMG_2437.JPG Running around 5-6 minutes late at this point (passing the village of Evenlode, 3 miles south of Moreton-in-Marsh) the delay would be fully recovered by Worcester Shrub Hill following the briefest of brief stops at Evesham.
