    Unless they are shareholders and can get together to make a coordinated request (eg through an AGM or similar), the covenanters would appear to have very little say in how the organisation should be run or how its officers are selected.

    Im glad someone else noticed this. Most Bulleids seem to have these smaller numbers. Compared to the later style where the number fills the panel more pleasingly.
