    I think that at least part of the problem here, is that special events tend to be aimed at special customers. There are likely to be a substantial number of people who like to visit 1940s events, and will pay a little extra for the atmosphere....

    I think it would be a folly to not renew the contract with Riley. They have intimate knowledge of this loco as with their own Black 5's and have handled it's main line operation with dignity and respect.....
