The next public running day is 3rd August at 11:30. Steam locos likely to be Wren 0-4-0T "Grace", 0-4-0 "Auld Reekie), 0-6-0ST "Mafeking", 0-4-2T "Tom Rolt" and new loco 0-6-0 "Swan Song". Diesels running likely to be Warship "Greyhound" and Class 15.

The Scottish Model Engineering Trust (SMET) is keen to continue to recruit new members for our growing facility at Glenalmond. We have a growing 7.25" and 5" ground level railway (half a mile long), a raised 3.5" and 5" railway, 16mm garden railway and dedicated traction engine / steam lorry pathways. We also have a large engineering workshop to help construct and maintain models and the track.

If you would like to join or volunteer to help expand the railway, please join us.
