    Following numerous complaints, this thread (and the assosciated thread) have been removed from the public forum. Action will be taken over this, this is not the end of the matter.

    The duplicated thread has now also been removed. When a topic is locked, that does not give carte blanche to carry on discussing it in a new thread. The thread was not removed because of my, or anyone else on the teams, views on trespass, but because it descended into a shambles of accusations and counter-accusations, many from the supposedly "senior" members of the forum. Frankly, I'm disappointed in a lot of you. Now please let this lie. If anyone else starts a duplicate thread about this they will recieve a warning.
