61057 is a rare photograph, that B1 was withdrawn after a collision in I think 1950 and not that many people would have seen it.

    Hi All/50002
Thanks 50002 for that info i looked further into this and found this bit of info pulled from the LNER Encyclopedia regarding 61057, built July 1946.
On 7th March 1950, No. 61057 crashed into a stationary goods train in dense fog whilst pulling a mail train from Peterborough to Liverpool Street. This was scrapped 30th April 1950 due to the severe nature of the damage

I'm having the same problem. It is a all too common problem on this forum that various links do not work.

I might be wrong, but I think they are Fotopic links which obviously won't work.

Fotopic went belly-up, and Neil now uses Smugmug. As far as I know this gallery has not yet been moved over.

Standox, you might try sending him a private message via this forum
