Former Burdale station resident Tony Birdsall who lived at the station during its heyday will be sharing his stories and photographs from his time there. It is sure to be an excellent talk from someone who will be able to give his own unique perspective of life on the former Malton to Driffield Railway line.

Thursday 7th April at 7.30pm at the Driffield Showground Members Pavilion, Driffield. YO25 9DW

Entrance is free for members or £3 per person (£2 for concessions) and everyone is welcome.

There will also be the chance to find out more about the Yorkshire Wolds Railway and talk to the committee. Anyone wishing to become a member can join the group for just £12 on the night.
