Live your childhood dream and get behind the controls of a coal fired steam locomotive on the Talyllyn Railway. You can also learn the skilled duties of firing a locomotive. A range of experiences run across the weekend. The popular Llechfan Garden Railway will be operating all weekend with specialist model railway traders also in attendance. Running model live steam and electric trains all day - see famous narrow gauge trains and impressive locomotives in miniature, including Talyllyn locomotives and rolling stock! Llechfan Garden is at Tywyn Wharf, find out more on their own website. Specialist garden model railway traders will be settingup stalls across Tywyn Wharf station. Browse the stalls - you may even pick up a bargain!
