    Hi all,

Just noticed on the Steam Dreams site that the 22nd Oct trip to York is now to be hauled by 60009 'Union of South Africa' on the outward journey and 70013 'Oliver Cromwell' on the return from York, should be a great trip once times are announced, two different pacifics over the ECML on a weekday isn't bad in 2013!

    Cheers,

Might have to keep an eye out for that. I'm going to the football Tuesday so depending on what time the tour arrives back at Kings Cross I might get to see 70013 after the game.

    Nice power shot!

I did think of doing the same, but didn't fancy the "Crouching Photter, leaping tiger" thingy as it was persisting down at the time with the wet stuff coming straight at the lens..... I too got a wave from the Man himself after acknowledging the whistle!! :)

You got lucky Stuart! We had that light about 5 seconds after the train passed... Seen passing Colton whilst driving home from work.

Simon and Stuart - excellent photos - thank you for the classic A4 putting the power down shot and the Brit in a perfect almost bottom dead centre pose. Great work guys - think it's time to hang the Box Brownie up for good.
