For the first time in 2013 the Spa Valley Railway will be opening during the February half term week. Services will run Thurs 21st to Sat 23rd Feb on the Tunbridge Wells to Groombridge section (yellow timetable). Thursday 21st will see the 1st operation of Oxted unit 1317 in Blue Grey livery, whilst Fri and Sat will be steam.

Services will also for the first time run every weekend in March over the full line to Eridge. The First and Third weekends will utilise 1317, whilst the other 3 weekends are the standard loco hauled service with alternate trips being Steam / Diesel hauled.

Several extra Fish and Chip / "High Weald Belle" Dining trains will also be operating as part of the landslip appeal fundraising.

Full details are on the brand new Spa Valley Railway web site
