Nice photos Jon, despite the gloomy conditions.

One wonders whether there is any impetus within LU to resurrect Steam on Met for a short period before the sub-surface lines are resignalled? The last obstacle to that was removed with the announcement that Tube Lines was being bought out by TfL.

    Regards,

    Dan

Who knows? The LT museum have asked the BRC about the availability of Met 1 for whatever anniversary is coming up in the next few years... (according to the BRC newsletter)

Met 150 in 2013 is the most obvious anniversary on the horizon.

Im sure we can find enough people within TLL/LUL. that would like to see this happen. plus with support from LTM.
Im pretty certain I can get hold of two Black 5s, L99. and some herritage coaching stock or west coast stock....... having 5 Class 20s passed to run on LU must also bring some intrest :). could Sir Berkeley also partake in an even it did build the GC :).
