Does anyone have any detail on the sand line that used to run from Saintoft to Newbridge north of Pickering?

Not a great deal but I know the raised trackbed and loading dock are still there between church row foot crossing and Newbridge box

I may be wrong about the loco - have a feeling I've read about it somwhere, but cannot trace it.

In the very early days of the NYMR, I believe there was a narrow gauge diesel loc stored at Pickering station and I wonder if that was it.
