A new website has been launched to help promote the workings of diesel locos at preserved railways as well as railtours worked by preserved locos. The new site will replace the events diary page on http://www.preserved-diesels.co.uk.

If you have any workings for listing or know of anything missing from the listings then please send them to gen@presgen.co.uk or use the submission form on the website.

The PresGen yahoo mailing list will continue to operate as before

Very sad to see the News section on the Preserved Diesels website has now closed. Any particular reason why?

Is the news that was posted on here available elsewhere? This was such a great site.

There certainly is - so if anyone has any preserved diesel loco news that they wish to see on there please drop us a line .. simply use the "Contact Us" link.

Hopefully there won't be too much of a difference between the old PD site and the new one, although the pages on individual locos will not be there for the time being.
