My girlfriend and i are due to have our first child in may next year and are struggling with boys names. Does anyone know of any male names of locos, engineers etc. Looking for something a bit unusual but railway related. If anyone knows of any or can think of any feel free to post here. Richard

Considering some Celebs are naming their kids things like Apple & Princess Tiammi, i think you could get away with Rood Ashton Hall ;)

I'm guessing you've got the girls names sussed so "Princess Arthur of Connaught" needn't trouble you!

My son was named Bradley, after 7802 Bradley Manor. When he was young we had many birthday trips to the SVR and managed several photos standing by the nameplate.
It has inevitably got shortened to Brad, and now he is older he shows no real interest in railways - his girlfriend thinks he was named after Brad Pitt!
