My 5" loco progress

    Hi all.

    Just thought I would share a photo of my current "at home" loco project. This is my 5" Butch that I have owned and been reebuilding over the last 6 years. Today the tanks had a first cot of black, ready for rubbing back for more coats tomorrow.

    The plan is to have N.C.B. written on the tanks and No.1 on the back bunker sides. The lettering will hopefully be yellow shaded in two reds.

    All being well it should be back together in a few more months and steaming again somewhere.
