I believe that 3 of these survive in the country.
1 was at Shildon Locomotion but migrated to South Wales.
    1 at Llangollen.
    1 near Exeter.

Are any in a reasonable condition with a possibility of ever becoming a display machine or even capable of running under their own power?

No I am not looking to acquire one, but I may have some documentation on the trolley system.

The Llangollen Railway one is currently at Carrog , and is having its electrical wiring simplified. It will eventually have some body repairs and a re-paint and then be used for track inspections.

Would you be able to find a home for 2 versions of Handbook 25 and a copy of the operators instructions?

If yes then pm delivery address.

All the track recording gubbins was removed many years ago when it was first acquired and converted to a personnel carrier.

First saw one of those trundle through Arlesey back in the 60s. Most put out that it wasn't in my Combined Volume and therefore couldn't underline it. :)
