I happened to spot a set of loco frames and cylinder block nicely restored to red-oxide finish going past the end of our street on Portland this morning. They were on a low loader and heading north towards the mainland. Loco they are from, provided I counted correctly in the quick glimpse, is six coupled and definitely with outside cylinders. They were UK style frames so even if I miscounted the number of axles in the quick glimpse as they passed they were not the bar frames from the S160 I think still is (previously was) up at South Coast Steam.

Anyone know which loco they are from/for?

Thanks for that. They were fairly hefty and could well have been a set of Bullied light pacific frames.
