We are pleased to announce two of the visitors for our Diesel Gala event being held from 6th - 8th June.

25067 (D5217) and 33035 are confirmed as the first two visitors.

25067 is normally based at the Battlefield Line in Leicestershire and 33035, owned by the Pioneer Diesel Loco Group, is normally based at the Ecclesbourne Valley Line in Derbyshire.

Both locos make their first visit to the KWVR and in the case of 33035, this is the first time the loco has operated on any other railway in preservation.

The Diesel Gala weekend sees all our services operated by our own and visiting diesel locomotives dating from the 1950s and 1960s. Further visitors will be announced soon.
