New-build Kerr Stuart "Wren" class locomotive, "Jennie" (HE 3905/2007) will be operating at the Leighton Buzzard Railway this coming Sunday, 11th July 2010. This is a one-off event, as the loco has brief stop over at Leighton Buzzard on its way back from last weekends Wicksteed Park event to its home at Amerton.

What it will actually do on the day will be decided when it has had a test run over the line, but details should be on the LBR website, www.buzzrail.co.uk, beforehand.

She had a few problems at Wicksteed so I understand. Not sure what these were.

Left Stonehenge Works 8 late on 13.55 back to Pages Park. She sounds very nice, and looks superb.

I popped along to see 'Jennie' in action during the afternoon and some photos of my visit can be seen on my fotopic site.
