    Our apologies, but due to an unexpected family medical incident, we have had to delay the publication of today's edition, Issue 831, for two days, until Friday 1st September.
    We publish Railway Herald every Wednesday, and as readers will be aware, it is exceedingly rare that we fail in that aim. But with a small team, unexpected issues can have a major knock-on effect, and we thank all subscribers for their understanding.
