My parents had decided to go to Dawlish Warren for a week’s holiday in September, my father could get cheaper rates at the bungalow park through his Union after the scroggits had gone back to school, an invite to join them was readily accepted. The shots are all around Dawlish or the Warren, a couple at Newton Abbott (last North British I ever saw working) and Exeter St Davids. The Hymek was interesting on a Cardiff - Plymouth working, not common in the West by now, contrast to the mid-1960’s when they were all over the place!
