Just seen some footage on BBC News 24 with "Bittern" driven very slowly into the NRM and onto the turntable, such that Prince Charles could exit from a carmine and cream Mk 1 inside the Great Hall at the NRM.

Is this the first time that a "Royal Train" has actually entered the NRM's Great Hall behind live steam?...or any passenger carrying train for that matter!

Nice boost for the NRM with a Royal visit.
