    Yes I am an active volunteer
    I was amused by the write-up on Coalport - about how much its owners fell in love with it - because they've been trying to sell up for the past year or two. Every few months their agent gets a "you could own an old railway station!" article in the press, hoping nobody remembers how long they've been trying to offload it for.

    Originally they were asking well over a million, but they've dropped the asking price to £900k or so now - the current listing is at https://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-54856365.html
