Sadly I can't travel on this trip with Ollie C because the Outlaws are visiting but I can get to Grantham station.

Does anybody know the passing times for the train, or can you tell me where to find them? The Railway Touring Company's website doesn't give this.

    Thanks in advence.

The times on the letter sent out with tickets are about an hour later between Cleethorpes and Doncaster than those shown on uksteam.info (Cleethorpes depart 07.07, Doncaster depart 09.22), then 10.17 from Retford, but still arriving at Kings Cross (although the letter says Liverpool Lime Street - a typo, I hope!) at 13.47.

I'm planning to potter up to Thirsk to see 'Tornado' on the 'Auld Reekie' as my brother is travelling on it, and then tootle down to Retford to see 'Oliver Cromwell' at the water stop. Hoping to catch 'Sir Nige' at Frickley incline in the afternoon/evening (when times are available) so it looks like the girlfriend is going to be a steam widow on Saturday :smt064

Following it this morning, all seemed to be on time, but I finished chasing it at Althorpe, near Scunthorpe.
