Duke of Gloucester almost meets Duke of Gloucester!

    His RH the Duke of Gloucester was due to officially open the Engine House last Tuesday. However,due to him falling ill with a cold,he could not attend.The VIP special to Highley,hauled by 71000, still went ahead.
