    Not sure where to post this, but for anyone who has ever wanted to live in a station the former Dryslwyn Halt on the line from Llandeilo to Carmarthen (which closed in 1962) is on the market. Details can be found here:

    8" is an unusual gauge. Or is this the usual estate agent's tape measure that always overstates dimensions?

    My guess is that it's a 7.25inch line but they've measured over the outsides of the rails rather than between the insides!
