    Sorry for the random query, but on the way back from Exeter this evening there was a blue and grey (what looked like a) Mk3 on a low-loader travelling eastbound on the A38 around Ashburton. Any idea where from/to?

    Possibly a 'spare' FGW HST trailer going from Laira to ? for refurb :-k

    Don't think any Heritage Railways in the South West have any blue/grey Mk IIIs.

    I hope so - my evening train home is usually a carriage short - and it being holiday season makes it a bit cramped at times.....
