    Is it me, or does the profile of the front bogie wheels look wrong with over-thick tyres? I ask this as I am interested in purchasing the latest example coming out soon, Sir John Hawkins. However, if they are wrong, I'd probably replace them with suitable examples from my spares box.

    I think I now know why the tyres look over-thick. Its because the wheel rims supporting the tyres are bare metal, which is not necessarily prototypical, resulting in over-thick looking tyres. A splash of black paint around the rims would probably do the trick.
