Hunslet No.3783 "Darfield No.1" returned to its home at Llangollen Railway on 29th May after a two year hire period at the Dartmoor Railway. After cleaning, minor repairs and re-painting the loco will visit the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway for their summer season. Currently the only working Hunslet 16" Saddle tank, Darfield will be shedded with nearly complete sister loco No.2705 "Beatrice" at Embsay. Currently at Llangollen shed, Darfield is alongside the sole surviving 18" hunslet, No.1873 "Jessie" temporarily converted to a side tank as "Thomas".
